Terms & Conditions

All dogs wanting to join in the walks must be fully vaccinated and micro-chipped (this is now a legal requirement). They must be wearing a suitable collar or harness that has an identity tag attached (also a legal requirement).

Accidents can happen, owners are liable to any cost that is incurred for veterinary treatment whilst the dogs are under the care of DASH dog services. All owners must sign a consent form prior to the dogs taking part in any group or individual activity, this includes pet sitting.

All dogs need to do a scheduled meet and greet with their owner prior to using DASH dog services. I will make an assessment of their recall, temperament and  suitability for group walking (where applicable). If I don’t feel that your dog is safe to walk off lead, training is available to help work towards their suitability.

All clients must provide at least one emergency contact incase they are not contactable during a time of need.   

Bitches that are in season cannot partake in any form of walking activity, group or individual. The risk of meeting entire dogs is too high and DASH dog services will not be held accountable for any incidents that could occur from walking an in season bitch in a public space. Pet sitting will still be available, but I will not be able to take your dog outside of your home boundaries. 

Cancellation Policy 

At least one week’s notice must be given if you wish to cancel a regular booking that you have made with DASH dog services in order for a full refund. If the space can be filled by another client then a full refund will be available but this is not a guarantee. Training and non regular bookings have a 48 hour cancellation period, any cancellations made within the 48 hours period will be charged. Payment in advance is required for all services, regular clients will be invoiced weekly. Regular walking and pop-in services can be booked ahead and time slots reserved, any  adhoc bookings are done on a first come first serve basis. Adhoc dogs cannot be accepted without having done a meet and greet beforehand.
